    Often our most successful avenue; investing in resume searching programs allows us to "hunt, search and find" potential candidates.

REASON #1 | Our Detailed Recruitment Process

STEP 1: KAN will set up time to discuss with the client to identify the hiring and personality requirements for the position

STEP 2: KAN will develop a Recruitment Plan

STEP 3: KAN will create and/or review Job Posting, description AND Pay to post to external JOB SITES

STEP 4: KAN will search (aka HUNT) for and identify viable Candidates via multiple sources (i.e., job sites, resume searching, networking, connecting, review of internal database of candidates)

STEP 5: KAN will conduct Preliminary Interview for each potential Candidate

STEP 6: KAN will conduct Face to Face/Video Interview with each potential Candidate 

STEP 7: KAN will provide client with a Full Bio with an in-depth, detailed resume & interview summary 

STEP 8: KAN will Coordinate Interviews between Candidates & Client

STEP 9: KAN will conduct Reference Checks on potential Candidates

STEP 10: KAN will perform Follow Up Checks with Client & Candidate for 1st day/1st month/2nd month/3rd month


REASON #2 | We Are NON-EXCLUSIVE and Do Not Require a RETAINER

As our client, you are not expected to use KAN Recruitment exclusively for hiring your Candidate. 

We believe in working together in a partnership, not a monopoly. We have your best interest in mind, and you should be able to fill your position(s) from whatever sources are available. As your Recruiters we are professional, knowledgeable and committed to doing a good job for you; you should not have to pay a large sum of money before the first candidate has been presented.


REASON #3 | 90 Day GUARANTEE to Ensure Your Complete Satisfaction 

As our Client, if within the first 90 calendar days of a Candidate starting with a Client, if either Client terminates Candidates Placement OR the Candidate Placement resigns, KAN Recruitment will provide a one-time Candidate replacement at no charge additional charge to Client.
