KAN Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a busy and reputable real estate office in Kelowna to find their next Administrative Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team.

About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to administrative support for the office, acting as an administrative coordinator and ensuring the entire process — from listing to closing — runs smoothly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transaction timelines and project workflows

  • Prepare and organize paperwork for listings and sales

  • Coordinate listing launches and marketing activities

  • Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and service providers

  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates

  • Maintain and update CRM and filing systems (digital & paper)

  • Execute contract document prep with a high degree of accuracy

  • Support marketing initiatives by collaborating with the internal marketing team

  • Perform data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Calendar, Google Suite, and CRM systems

  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Passion for helping others and taking ownership of your work

  • Excellent time and task management capabilities
