KAN Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a busy and reputable real estate office in Kelowna to find their next Administrative Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team.

About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to administrative support for the office, acting as an administrative coordinator and ensuring the entire process — from listing to closing — runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Manage real estate transaction timelines and project workflows
Prepare and organize paperwork for listings and sales
Coordinate listing launches and marketing activities
Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and service providers
Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates
Maintain and update CRM and filing systems (digital & paper)
Execute contract document prep with a high degree of accuracy
Support marketing initiatives by collaborating with the internal marketing team
Perform data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
Strong computer skills, including Google Calendar, Google Suite, and CRM systems
Proven organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment
Passion for helping others and taking ownership of your work
Excellent time and task management capabilities
