Forklift Operator
Location: Kelowna, BC

Our Kelowna, BC client is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Utilize a reach truck for product put away and pallet picking with precision and attention to detail.
Handle receiving, processing, and putting away incoming stock and materials with care.
Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and in a timely manner.
Complete incoming and outgoing paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
Take charge of shipping and receiving responsibilities to maintain organized inventory flow.
Perform stock counts regularly to keep track of inventory levels.
Engage in some computer work related to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience operating sit-down counterbalance and reach forklifts is required.
Proven ability to handle various warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, and shipping.
Familiarity with completing paperwork associated with warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
