Logistics Coordinator

Our Kelowna, BC client, a leader in their industry is looking to add an experienced Logistics Coordinator to their team. Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. 
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand. 
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. 
- Track shipments, resolve any issues or delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. 
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics activities. 
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in logistics or a similar role. 
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
