Warehouse Shipper/Receiver
Location: Kelowna, BC

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
KAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver – Forklift Operator for our Lake Country, BC client.
This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for someone who is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
Operate a narrow aisle reach truck
Receive, process, and put away incoming stock and materials
Pick and fill orders accurately
Repack individual products from one case into another
Pack and prepare orders for shipping
Complete inventory and stock counts
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Operate a floor scrubber
Perform other warehouse duties as required
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience operating a counterbalance forklift and narrow aisle reach truck
Current forklift certification is an asset but not required
Previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience
Ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs
Preference give to candidates that have First Aid certification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Operate warehouse management system (WMS), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 systems to track inventory movements and update records
Package products securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for delivery
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities, including inbound/outbound logs and incident reports
Support inventory control through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation efforts
