Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Kelowna, BC
Position Status: CLOSED
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Our client, a well-established company in Kelowna, BC, is seeking an Accounts Payable/Office Administrator to join their team. This full-time, in-office role will report to the Controller and focus on accounts payable and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Code and post supplier invoices, verify prices, and reconcile statements. 
- Provide payroll support, including reconciling payroll ledgers and approving employee timesheets. 
- Assist with cost tracking and preparing orders. 
- Maintain a tidy, professional office environment. 
- Handle correspondence, including emails, mail, and filing documents. 
- Process payments, deposit cheques, and manage credit card transactions. 
- Complete monthly progress billing and track office supplies. 
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of office Accounts Payable experience. 
- Post-secondary education is an asset. 
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. 
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. 
- Ability to work independently and in a team. 
- Familiarity with construction management processes is an asset.
