Administration & Accounting Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
KAN Recruitments dynamic Construction client located in Kelowna, BC are seeking an amazing Administration & Accounting Manager to join their team.
They are on the hunt for a highly organized, multitasking superstar who can balance numbers, keep the office humming, and support our construction projects from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll handle everything from payroll and payables to permits and project paperwork—plus keep our Owner one step ahead of the game. It’s the perfect mix of accounting, admin, and “make it happen” energy.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with AP, AR, payroll, and banking
Keeping employee records, benefits, and calendars up to date
Coordinating contracts, permits, inspections, and project documents
Communicating with clients, designers, trades, and the team to keep projects moving
Keeping files, schedules, and office operations organized and running smoothly
Requirements:
Experience in admin, accounting, or bookkeeping (construction experience is a bonus!)
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel is required
An organized, detail-loving problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities
A great communicator who enjoys working with people
