Executive Assistant
Location: Kelowna, BC
Position Status: OPEN
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
KAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant on behalf of our Kelowna, BC client, a dynamic and growing organization. This role provides high-level support to the President and Chief Operating Officer while also assisting the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams. The successful candidate will be highly organized, professional, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for executives.
Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and prioritize communications to ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate leadership and board meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Support internal communications, reporting, and project tracking.
Act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior administrative support.
Post-secondary education in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
