Warehouse Logistics Operations Supervisor

Position Status: CLOSED
Salary: $26/hr to $30/hr per hour
Our established Kelowna client are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This role is responsible for managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage inventory control, including cycle counts, to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Oversee receiving and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and meet customer service standards.
Identify areas for continuous improvement within warehouse operations and the broader logistics network.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment would be considered an asset.
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills an asset.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Forklift experience is required.
