SALARY: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

KAN Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Customer Care Service Representative to support their Edmonton office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Position Overview
The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience by coordinating service requests, supporting field technicians, and managing customer communications. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls as part of a collaborative customer care team

  • Engage with customers to understand service needs and accurately document requests

  • Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians, ensuring timely resolution of issues

  • Act as a central point of communication between customers and service technicians

  • Prepare and issue service-related invoicing

  • Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails in a timely manner

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, professional communication

  • Provide accurate, courteous, and efficient support across all customer interactions

  • Take ownership of service concerns, escalating complex issues when required

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Service Leads and Management

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • High attention to detail with solid organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to service excellence

  • Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a technical support environment is considered an asset
